CHAMP members and other equine enthusiasts are hoping 2012 will be the year the long-planned Rhythm’s Way easement will open south of Meadowlark Road. The easement was a highlight of the CHAMP Recreation Rides in 2010 and 2011, but legal complications have kept it from opening permanently. CHAMP has set aside funding for fences, gates and maintenance.
