Anita Walsh has a two bedroom house and a horse stall for rent in Corrales. The rent is $1050 a month and it is available.
The property has a stable, two of which currently are leased. If a potential renter wanted all three stalls, Anita could arrange it buy giving a month’s notice to the horse owners leasing the other two stalls.

Property Needed
Lynda Miller, president of Cloud Dancers Therapeutic Horsemanship Program, is seeking a new property for the program's operations. Cloud Dancers offers equine-assisted activities and therapies to people with a wide range of disabilities, including autism, developmental delays, physical conditions such as traumatic brain injury, and mental challenges. Riders range in age from five through adulthood and come from all over the metro area, often as referrals from the various agencies that serve people with disabilities.
The woman who owns the property in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque where Cloud Dancers is currently located, Sallie Pennybacker, died recently. Her heirs plan to sell the property in the very near future, which means the program will have to move. Sallie was a long-time horsewoman and advocate for using horses to help heal humans. Because she believed so strongly in the program, she made her property available for a nominal monthly rental fee. Now Lynda is seeking another person or family who would be able to either provide a property to use, or, as Sallie did, offer the use of their property for a minimal rent.
